Based in the Midlands, Legal Insurance Management (LIM) was established in 2000 by Barry Smith (Our Managing Director) who sought to return the concept of transparency, integrity and quality of service to the Professional/Legal Fees and Emergency Assistance Insurance marketplace. Consequently, LIM maintains a commitment to delivering not only market-leading insurance products, but a premium level of service to its customers. This has provided LIM with a reputation built on the assurance of quality in every respect recognised by our ISO 9001 accreditation.

Today, LIM works alongside insurers and household names to provide tailored underwriting and niche products, both standalone and complementary. Our expertise in all types of Professional Fees Insurance enable us to provide facilities to the insurance market ranging from the simplest forms of Motor Uninsured Loss Recovery, to the nuances or complexities of bespoke schemes for specific client types.
